Pipes

The supply water pipes from TOP to pumps are made out of
stainless steel. The pipes are prefabricated with all flanges,
bolts and seals and ready for assembly at site. The floor
based pipe supports with clamps are included. The pipes
are acid cleaned and sealed for shipment and ready for
assembly at site.

The by pass pipe is made by stainless steel and is equipped with a
shut off valve. Switches control the open position. All hoses,
flanges and pipe supports are included. The by pass pipes are prefabricated
and ready for assembly at site.

The delivery HP-pipes are in accordance to DIN standard. The lens seals are
made out of heat treated stainless steel. The pipe ends are threaded and carry
flanges with tension bolts. The flange connection admit a turning of pipe
elbows of 360 degrees and allows an assembly of straight pipes with an angle
from 0 up to 5 degrees.
Mani-folds with check valves or other pipe- or hose connections are fitting to
the ends of the pipes.

In Hermetik descaling systems all high pressure pipes and hose fittings are made
out of stainless steel. They have machined manifolds for the connections
of hoses, valves or other equipment.
