Descaling Nozzle Headers
(Rotary and Stationary) and Nozzles

The Hermetik equipment utilizes spray nozzles. They work within
a high impact area and represent a very powerful and efficient way
of descaling.

The water flow and the result is a limited cooling of the strip and of course heavily
reduced water and energy costs. The nozzles pass each area of the product several
times. The multiple shocks of the rotating descaling nozzles break up the scale
layers more efficiently than the static load of stationary nozzles. Furthermore,
as the spray is evenly distributed over the product there are no cooling stripes.

This is one of the secrets of the excellent performance of the Hermetic patented
Tornado Descaler.
